Staying informed is important for your physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Below are three ways we keep our members informed about what's going on at ACV, and to help them learn more about their neighbors.

Copeland Community Center (CCC) is a great place for both fitness and wellness. Hours and access to facilities is limited.

Environmental Services oversees property management, landscaping and grounds, water/wastewater, building maintenance and repairs, and housekeeping. If you have an issue regarding these areas, please call (386) 658-5155.

​There are no full-service hospitals in Suwannee County, only HCA Florida Suwannee Emergency on CR 136/11th Street in Live Oak (1100 11th St. SW, Live Oak, FL 32064).

Housekeeping service is available on a regular basis or as needed to keep ACV's homes clean, safe and comfortable. Each staff member is licensed and bonded. General housekeeping services include everything from vacuuming, mopping and cleaning bathrooms to laundry, ironing and cleaning out refrigerators. Extra tasks may be scheduled separately, such as shampooing carpets, washing windows, and packing for a move. Fees are $5.00 per 15 minutes or $19 per hour for on-campus residents. ACV members and management staff and Village Church regular attenders can be included in the online photo directory app. You must be included in the directory to have access to it. To use the photo directory app, download Instant Church Directory from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or log in using a browser on your PC. Enter your email address -- the one listed in the directory -- into the app, and you will receive a link to verify your identity. If you have questions, call Member Services at (386) 658-5400.

Village Cashier (386-658-5343) hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., unless otherwise announced in the FNN.

An emergency call system is a standard support service in each residence at ACV. Members rest easy knowing that emergency services are available around the clock. A county fire and EMS station is located right on campus, and on-staff first responders answer emergency calls when they occur after hours. At ACV, resident safety is our top priority. *Resident non-members will be billed for first responder visits.

Each member at ACV has a dedicated service coordinator who provides support services at no additional cost. Our team of professionals answer questions, link members to appropriate senior care services, assist with transfers through ACV's continuum of care, and offer a listening ear. Family members can also contact service coordinators on your behalf. Members should call (386) 658-5400 to reach their service coordinator. 

A team of volunteers, led by ACV's volunteer archivist, maintains a comprehensive collection of photographs, documents, books and artifacts recording ACV's 100-plus-year history as well as artifacts and books from early Dowling Park and Advent Christian church history. The archives are located in the Shirley J. Brooks Archive Wing of the Jo Kennon Public Library. Call (386) 658-5961 or email archives@acvillage.net for more information.
