Events

The Florida Department of Motor Vehicles FLOW vehicle brings the following services directly to the customer:

• Change from out-of-state driver license to Florida license
• Renewals
• Duplicates for lost or stolen license
• Address/name changes ID cards
• Reinstatements
• Emergency Contact Information registration

For driver licenses and ID cards, you will need the following items (there are a few other options, which are not listed -- visit flhsmv.gov/whattobring for the entire list).

Primary Identification. Bring one (original or certified):

• U.S. birth certificate, or
• Valid U.S. passport.

Social Security Number. Bring one (must display all nine digits):

• Social Security card,
• W-2 form (not handwritten),
• Paycheck/stub, or
• Any 1099 (not handwritten).

Residential Address.  Bring two (must include your Florida residential address):

• Deed, mortgage agreement, recent monthly mortgage statement, or rental or lease agreement;
• Florida vehicle registration or title; and/or
• Recent utility or medical bill or financial statement.

For your convenience, the department accepts cash, check and credit cards.
